Envision Physician Services is seeking a Full-Time Medical Director­ ­for the brand-new FSED, Plaistow ER, affiliated with Parkland Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity to expand professional/leadership growth and development. Group rotates between the main campus and the new, state-of-the-art Freestanding ER opened September 2023 in Plaistow, NH. Candidates must be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine(ABEM/AOBEM) and have current or previous leadership experience. With its ideal geographic location located 45 minutes from Boston, close proximity to the seacoast and the base of the White Mountains, it is an attractive work destination for over 600 employees and nearly 200 medical staff members.

Emergency Department Profile:

  • 10,000 Annual Volume, estimated year 1
  • Fully integrated with Parkland Medical Center
  • 24 hours of Physician Coverage
  • 10,000 square feet
  • 11 emergency room bays, including a fully equipped Trauma bay
  • Separate adult and pediatric waiting area
  • All private treatment rooms
  • State of the art imaging, including CT, Ultrasound, and Radiology
  • Ambulance bay for EMS access
  • Patients needing to be admitted to an inpatient bed will be transported to the main campus with seamless care handoff to our excellent intensivists, hospitalists, and specialists
