26 Physician Private Practice Emergency Medicine Group (4 open positions)

• All current physicians are Board Certified EM
• Will work 16 8-hour shifts per month (currently 14 of the shifts are day shifts/2 night shifts)
• Group has 4 Nocturnist (does not need any more)
• Physician contract including benefits and expenses is with the group
• Two ED departments - one is 40 beds and the other ED is 36 beds
• Works out of both locations
• Current combined Volume of 110,000/year
• Both ED’s are level II Trauma facilities
• 100% Democratic group
• Full partnership after year 2
• Group also employs NP’s/PA’s
• Only looking for EM trained BC/BE candidates with more than 2 years experience

This group was started in the late 80’s and has had very low turnover. A lot of their physicians have come from other groups and put down roots here. This is a salaried position(not hourly) and compensation will be discussed directly with the group.
