Job Description

*Location: St. Louis, MO
*Start Date: November 1, 2023 or ASAP
*End Date: June 30, 2024
*Shifts: They have a plethora of options: 6a-3, 7a-4,9a-5, 2p-11, 3p-11, 5p-2a, 10p-7, 11p-7, 9a-6p, or 5p-1a; There are 28-45 shifts available each month to choose from. Scheduled hours only, NO CALL.
*Schedule: Please send your availability for star and stretches you are available
*Requirements:
-Board Eligible Minimum - EM
-Active, unrestricted MO license
-Clean background/malpractice/NPDB
-ACLS, ATLS, PALS Certifications
-Supervision of APPs
-Provide availability for coverage and desired shifts
-Provide updated CV
*Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
*EMR: Epic
*Patients per Shift: 15-20
*Rate is open. Please give your going rate and a bottom line rate so that I can negotiate it as high as possible and not go below your limit.
*Travel and lodging provided
*Malpractice insurance provided
