$27 5 Hourly Rate
12 Hour Shifts
- EMR - Epic
- Day and Night shifts Available (9a-9p, 9p-9a; schedule is variable)
- All Ages, Primarily adults
- Patients per Day/Volume: 20; approx. 9k annual volume
- Responsible of Mid-Level Providers: no
- Back up Specialties to EM Department: all specialties available with Sacred Heart 1.5 hours away as needed
- Trauma Level: Level 4
- Transfers (Helicopter, Ground, Where to?): PeaceHealth Sacred Heart – Springfield / Eugene, OR
