  • 44,000 annual volume
  • 1.5-1.7 patients per hour
  • 29 ED beds
  • No scribe coverage
  • EPIC EMR
  • ED physicians are not responsible for writing the admitting orders
  • HM physicians respond to codes
  • Trauma level 3
  • ABEM/AOBEM
  • All life certifications required
