Eastern Oregon Hospital is seeking a reliable, competent, and flexible Emergency Medicine physician who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility! Come check out our team of 5+ fulltime physicians and 3 fulltime nurse practitioners in our Level IV trauma center.

Details:
• Level IV Trauma Center
• 71 – 24-hour shifts per year (.81 FTE)
• Roughly six 24-hour shifts per month
• Nurse practitioner support during peak hours (10a-10p)
• Approximately 34-38 patients per 24-hour shift
• About 11,000 to 12,000 visits annually
• Fulltime, permanent
• Epic EMR

Compensation and Benefits:
• Very competitive salary
• RVU bonus based on annual threshold (our providers are on pace to achieve the threshold)
• Quality incentives up to $50,000
• Commencement bonus of $20,000
• $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
