Specialty Back Up: none, transfer to one of the Main ED’s

APP Coverage Model: 12 hr Shift Times: 11a‐11p
Call Required: No
Weekend Required: Yes

Requirements: Residency Requirements: MUST have successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program in Emergency Medicine. · Any physician falling under the “grandfather clause” declaring physicians board eligible if they completed 8,000 hours of clinical practice in emergency departments by 1988, will NOT qualify. · Fellowship in Emergency Medicine will not qualify, they must have done a EM residency.

CME: 48 total CMEs required in past 2 years - within the 48 total - need 9 trauma CMEs for past 3 years. Health Requirements: PPD/FLU/COVID
