Brief Details:
- Facility: Lawton Indian Hospital; 26 bed facility with 30 full time credentialed providers
- Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
- Schedule: 12 hour shifts; 7a or 7p
- Full time commitment; 10 – 14 shifts/month in block format
- 16 – 20 patients per shift
- Weekly pay with travel stipend
- Any state license is accepted
