We offer a robust compensation package that includes Employed and Independent Contractor Models
The schedule is 12 x 12-hour shifts/month. Estimate how many are days compared to night shifts. Hours would be 7 am-7 pm or 7 pm-7 am? Flexible, everyone works a mix unless they have a preference for nights.
The ideal candidate for these positions will be:
BC/BE in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine-Will consider other specialties with EM Experience. ND Medical License and DEA without restrictions, or ability to obtain. Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and works well in a team-based care delivery model. Practice Details:
25-bed hospital with 4-bed open ICU Flexible block scheduling and supportive administrative team. APP's onsite during peak hours The typical inpatient census is 8-15 patients per day. Admissions 2-3 day EMR: Meditech Provide care to a variety of patients with acute concerns that can vary greatly - mild to complex. Expedited hospital credentialing with the completed application Physicians interested in Part-time, and PRN/Moonlight and Locums are also encouraged to apply
Full-Time 1099 Contractor: Living in the Community
- Base Comp = $300/hr.which is a Base of $290/hr. + $10/hr. Quality Bonus
- Sign-on Bonus = $50K- Can also be used as a Resident Stipend
- Treated as a forgivable loan over 1st 3 years.

- Block Shifts
Full-Time & Part-Time 1099 Contractor: Travel-PRN
- Base Comp = $285/hr. which is a Base of $275/hr. + $10/hr. Quality Bonus

- 1 Year contract
- Will be put on the schedule first.
- Block Shifts
FTE Base Compensation & Bonus:
- Base Comp = $290/hr. which is a Base of $280/hr. + $10/hr. Quality Bonus
- Sign-on Bonus = $50K-Can also be used as a Resident Stipend
- Treated as a forgivable loan over 1st 3 years.

- CME = $5K annually
