SMART is seeking an emergency medicine physician to provide coverage in Surprise, AZ. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed and will be an ongoing need for the next 6-12 months.
Additional details include:
-BC/BE Emergency Medicine
-Active AZ license and DEA
-Shift times 7a-7p and 7p-7a
-13 ED beds
- 24hr physician coverage and 24hr APP coverage per day
-EMR: Epic
-Paid malpractice, travel and accommodations
