The Opportunity
• Level IV Trauma Center managing approximately 6,000 ER visits annually — providing a manageable patient load focused on quality care
• Flexible Scheduling with 12- or 24-hour shifts and generous time off for work-life balance
• Customized Shifts — the ED Medical Director works closely with you to tailor a schedule that fits your lifestyle
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive Salary starting at $400,000 with strong upside potential
• $100K spread over 3 years plus relocation assistance
