Emergency Medicine Physician needed in Northern California - Night Shifts
*Location: Humboldt County, Eureka, CA
*Setting: Acute Care 20 Bed Hospital
*Start Date: ASAP
*End Date: Ongoing
*Shifts: 12 hours; Night Hours
*Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
*Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted CA License
- BE/BC Emergency Physician
- Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB
- ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- Full-time, ongoing, 3 month minimum commitment
*EMR: Epic
*Rate: $290/hour; OT/Holiday $315/hour (must be pre-approved); straight hourly no call or call-back rates
*Travel & Lodging provided
*Malpractice Insurance provided
