- Shift: 7a-7p, 7p-7a; MLP: 10a-8p, 2p-12a; MUST BE ABLE TO WORK DAYS & NIGHTS
- Minimum of 6 shifts per month
- No Call
- 82 Beds in Facility
- 12 ED Bed Size
- Annual Volume: 25k
- 10-12% Admissions Rate
- All Age Patients
- EM Residency Trained Physicians must be certified within 5 years of training completion
- Must be EM Boarded – NO FP or IM Boards
- ACLS, ATLS, PALS for NON-EM Boarded Physicians Only
- ATLS Required for EM Boarded Physicians
- Provider must be willing to work at FSED as well
- EMR: P-Doc
