-Schedule: starting as soon as credentialed, both days and nights needed, 12-hour physician shifts, 24-7 advance practice provider coverage
-Job Setting/ Type of Cases: no trauma designation
-Board Certified/ Board Eligible Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, PALS
-Licensure: Active licensure
-Credentialing: temporary privileges granted for clean files and active licensures
