**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent

- Night shift differential
- Highly competitive salary base plus quality bonus and benefits
- No RVU/productivity requirement
- Flexible scheduling with 15 twelve hour shifts per month
- No block scheduling unless desired
- Experience in Neuro ICU preferred (BC in Neuro CCM not required)

- Medical Center is a 445-bed tertiary care facility
- The hospital operates Level I trauma center and is a comprehensive, acute care teaching hospital affiliated with East Tennessee State University.
- Medical Center is a major medical referral center and offers a full range of specialty and subspecialty care services, including a heart hospital, cancer center, stroke and neuroendovascular services, neurosurgery, orthopedic services, outpatient imaging, vascular care, advanced surgical services and a 43-bed intensive care unit.
- The group provides services a Level I Trauma Center offering a full range of specialized medical care including Neuro-endovascular surgery, neurosurgery, cardiovascular surgery (including TAVR) and comprehensive stroke center.
- In addition, the critical care team is working with the cardiothoracic surgery team and a regional major academic medical center to develop an ECMO program.
