- 149 bed hospital
- 30k annual ER volume
- No Trauma
- EMR: EPIC
- 30-45 days for credentialing
- Active Illinois License
- DEA Required
- BC/BE ABEM (Within 12 months of residency)
- BLS, ACLS
- 2 years minimum Years Experience
