Location: Harrisburg, IL - (Southern Illinois)

Duration: 6 Months

Reason for coverage: ED Provider Shortage

Max Number of Providers Needed: 4-5 providers depending on their availability.

Shift: AM and PM Shifts are 8 hours, Mid shifts is 10 hours, Weekend shifts are 12 hours (AM/PM)

Client would like a window of minimum and maximum shifts available per month.

Call Schedule: No Call

Credentialing: Providers can be either BE or BC in ABEM or other specialties. Approx 2 month to credential

Licensing: Active IL license required unless provider has IMLC. IMLC is running less than 1 week right now in Illinois

Volume: 50K Per Year

Travel/Housing: All expenses paid and covered by client.

Location: Watseka, IL - (1 .5 Hours outside of Chicago)
