We are currently working with a client in Phoenix, Arizona who is currently looking for an Emergency Medicine physician who is open to providing a minimum of 8 shifts a month for the Emergency Department at Phoenix Indian medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a 52 Week contract with the option to extend. Please see below for additional information:
- Location: Phoenix Indian Medical Center - Phoenix, AZ
- Shifts: Minimum 8 shifts a month. 7am to 7pm, 10am to 10pm.
- $275 an hour all inclusive.
- Must be Board certified with American Board of Emergency Medicine.
- Can take any State license.
- Must have an active and unrestricted DEA.
- Must have an active BLS certification.
