- Location: 2 facilities (cross credentialing) in Southwestern area of WV

- Shifts: 7a-7p & 7p-7a

- APP Support: 24hrs per day

- # of shifts: 7-10

- Annual Volume: 42k & 32k

- Specialty: EM, IM, and FM all accepted
