Full-Time & Permanent
Seeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine doctor to join hospital.
- Day & Night shifts available
- Mix of 11-hr & 12-hr shifts
- ABEM/AOBEM Board-Certified or within 5 years of EM Residency
- Independent Contractor
- 36 emergency department beds with 197 total beds in a high acuity setting.
- All trauma will travel 2.6 miles away to the closest center.
- There are excellent backup specialties available 24/7.
- This emergency department sees an annual patient volume of 46,000 with 55-hours of physician coverage per day and 12-hours of advanced practice clinician coverage per day.
- Qualified candidates are preferred to live full-time or ability to travel to Binghamton for clinical shifts, Residency trained in emergency medicine, with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience, ABEM/AOBRM board-certified or board eligible within 5 years of residency.
- NY Hospitals required ATLS, ACLS, PALS and stroke certifications prior to start date.
- Facility qualifies for special ARC Visa Sponsorship and can offer EE status with FT Benefits.
- Visa rate is reduced by $20/hour to offset taxes TH pays out in clinicians annual; Tax Burden
