Location: Over 1 hour from Des Moines IA. Level III trauma (Minimal Trauma)

· Start Date: October 2022, Credentialing time 4 weeks with current IA license

· Will wait for IA license.

· Work Schedule: 7:30am – 7:30pm, 12-hour shifts. Minimum of 3-4 shifts a month and can work up to 20 shifts a month. Scheduling flexible. Can do a week on and off model.

· Specialists: All medical Specialties available, Onsite services (CT, MRI)

Life Flight 24/7, Cardiac Cath Services 24/7, Hospitalist Program 24/7. Some surgical specialties available. Some transfers go to Des Moines IA.

· Patient Volumes: 20k per year. 13 bed ER, 12 bed ICU with Intensivist. 80 bed hospital.

· Staffing Model:

o Tuesday - Friday = 24 hours Physician & 12 hours APP (10a – 10p)

o Saturday - Monday = 24 hours Physician & 24 hours APP's (8a - 8p & 1p - 1a)

· EMR: EPIC.

· License/Certifications: IA license, Board Certified or Board Eligible (FP/IM/EM)

· Must have 2 years of experience in ER for IM and FP physicians.

· Will accept new graduate EM Physicians

· Excellent pay plus Travel, Car, Hotel and A+ rated Malpractice insurance with tail coverage paid.
