Location: Harrisburg, IL (Provider will be credentialed at multiple hospitals throughout the state and will have the option to move around as needed)

Duration: 6 Months

Reason for coverage: ED Provider Shortage

Max Number of Providers Needed: Client is looking to potentially bring on 2-3 providers depending on their availability. Can take more if other locations open up needs.

Shift: Client would like a window of minimum and maximum shifts available per month.

Schedule: Providers will have the option of either 12 or 24 hour Shifts. 7:00am-7:00pm @ Harrisburg. Start may vary by an hour or two with different facilities.

**24 hour shifts will have to be worked on a 1on/1off schedule.

Call Schedule: No Call

Credentialing: Providers can be either BE or BC in ABEM or FP. Credentialing will take approximately 2 months for clean providers who are prompt with paperwork.

** Vaccines are not required, but if a provider is not vaccinated, submittal must include a reason why.

Licensing: Active IL license required unless provider has IMLC. Client can credential will we get the license which is running about 3-4 weeks for IMLC candidates

Volume: 5-6K Per Year. If they are interested in being credentialed at multiple facilities, they generally range from 4.5k-12K per year. Locum should be comfortable with up to this number.
