DESCRIPTION: I am looking for Emergency Medicine physicians to provide coverage in North Carolina – all shifts. Other locations are 45030 Ahoskie & 43608 Nags Head. Please call for those details and open dates.

Procedures required: Suturing, assessments, radiology, lab and CT interpretation, foreign body removal, limited ophthalmology, muscular skeletal, infectious processes

• 204-bed community hospital
• 26-bed emergency department with 6 designated Psych beds
• 4-bed convenient care staffed by one Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant and an RN or Paramedic
• ECU Health Air and ECU Health Ground Support to immediately transfer patients
• Call for other locations/details

Coverage Needed As soon as provider is credentialed, 7-12 shifts a month.

• Shifts are 7a-4p, 11a-8p, 5p-2a, and 10p-7a

REQUIRED:

• NC state license; active, unrestricted
• Board Certified w/EM experience
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS (if not EM trained – no exceptions)
