Responsibilities:
- Shift Length: 12 or 24 hr shifts
- Patient Volume: Average 18 - 30 per 24hr shifts (7700 annual volume)
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC, Dictation is Fluency
- Trauma Level: IV
Qualifications/Requirements
- License: Wisconsin State License required
- DEA/CSR: DEA Required
- Board Certification: FM with ER experience or EM Boarded
- Life Supports: ATLS, ACLS, PALS and BLS. Certifications must be in person and hands on via AHA. No online classes will be accepted.
- Covid/Flu Vaccination: Current Flu Shot or declination. No requirements for COVID currently.
