This facility has 8 or 9 hour day and night shifts
26% of ED visits admitted
2% of ED patients transferred
Fast Track in ED is single covered by a MD or APP
Hospitalist writes admit orders
Specialty backup: Radiology, Critical Care, Card, Pulm, GI, Neuro, Uro, Hem/Onc, Psych
EMR: Meditech
ABEM only
45 days to privilege
$290 per hour with 8 or 9 hour guarantee
