Full scope of Dermatopathology services in a subspecialty-oriented reference laboratory environment. Join other experienced dermatopathologists and share responsibilities that include interpretation of dermatopathology-related tissue biopsies, resections, and frozen sections (where applicable). Provide subject matter professional expertise for analyzing diseases to provide the highest quality, most accurate, and clinically relevant pathologic diagnoses.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate surgical Dermatopathology specimens and render insightful and comprehensive diagnoses to enable clinicians to best treat their patients.
- Incorporate clinical-pathological correlation in reports.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to laboratory personnel as needed.
- Participate in the educational, clinical research, and developmental efforts of the Dermatopathology Division.
- Provide consultations for peer pathologists on cases as requested or needed.
