Year One
• $475,000 Annual Base Salary
• $50,000 Arrival Bonus
• Up to $15,000 qualifying Relocation Expenses

Year Two
• $418,000 Annual Base Salary + WRVU Productivity Salary for WRVU over median for specialty
• Flexible Schedule if meeting median WRVUs
• $50,000 Retention Bonus End of Year 2
• $50,000 Retention Bonus End of Year 3
• 4 Weeks out of office
• Benefit Stipend Covers Family Health & Vision/Dental
• 8 Holidays

• 25% Net Collection for personal cosmetic production
• Midlevel Supervision Stipend: 10% of midlevel WRVU's produced paid at $25/RVU
• California License & DEA

• On-going annual $2500 toward CME
