Immediate need for a Dermatology Physician Assistant to join a well establish Dermatology group.

We have an opening for a PA with our practice. The work would be based out of our South Carolina Locations.

The offered position is full-time beginning as early as Jan 1st 2022. PA will work for the practice providing patient care four and a half (4.5) days per week..

• Salary: Annual gross starting salary of $90,000, paid in biweekly installments by direct deposit
• Performance Bonus: 15.0% commission on net receipts over your threshold of $200,000. Performance bonuses are paid in monthly installments by direct deposit.

  • Group Long Term Disability Insurance (premiums paid by practice)
  • Paid Time Off (3 weeks- 4.5x3=13.5 days), CME (up to 1 week=4.5 days), and Holidays
    • Malpractice Insurance: Paid premiums for $1 million/$3 million claims made policy
• Travel and CME Allowance: Up to $2500 per year
• License and Certification fees: Paid as necessary to maintain credentialing
• Organization Dues: Paid with management approval

We use eClinicalWorks for our EMR

PA's work with 1 Medical assistant out of 2 or 3 rooms and see a patient every 15 minutes ( 28 to 32 per day)

Medical Dermatology and minor procedures. PA's do not see surgical patients and we do not do cosmetics at practice. .

PA's compensation ranges form $130K to $175K based on compensation model.
