One of the largest physician-owned and governed clinics in the Midwest with over 200 physicians and providers practicing in 40 specialties seeks a BE/BC Dermatologist to join their Multi-Specialty Clinic due to growth within the organization. The chosen candidate will have non-shareholder status for two years, then become a shareholder in year three.
During the first two years the physician will receive a competitive base salary and income guarantee, an excellent benefit package including a generous 401(k) profit sharing plan, health, dental. Vision, long-term disability, long-term care, term life insurance, flex spending accounts, CME, relocation, etc.
The clinic averages 400,000 patient visits annually in its two locations in West Des Moines and Ankeny. The physician will not follow patients to the hospital; therefore, there is no call involved with the position.
This position is not open to J-1 visas.
