- Top salary and bonuses— average partner is making around $750,000 per year with the capability of making close to a million dollars a year
- Partnership in 3 years or less—partners receive 6+ weeks off per year and have the flexibility to create their own schedule
- Multiple positions available for both full time and part time dermatologist
- Partners have a lot of autonomy within the practice and are booked out over 3+ months in advance for new patients
