A private Dermatology practice in Phoenix, Arizona is hiring a BC/BE Dermatologist join their group! The practice has 3 offices: 2 in Phoenix and one about 60 miles outside of Phoenix. Looking for a general dermatologist or general dermatologist with interest in Mohs surgery and cosmetics to join 2 other hard working physicians. The incoming physician must value quality patient care because this practice has an exceptional reputation to uphold.

This well-established practice receives dermatology referrals from many primary care providers throughout Phoenix. Both physicians practice general dermatology and MOHS. Since they do both general derm and mohs, they are their own referrals for Mohs cases. In addition to general derm and Mohs, one of the physicians also does some cosmetic procedures and clinical trials. Practice uses the EMR brand: EMA.

Schedule: Ideal candidate will want to work 5 days/week but 4 days/week is possible. The practice has phenomenal support staff and it allows the physicians to be very efficient. Each physician has about 5 MAs - 2 are scribes and other 3 MAs assist the physician and enable him or her to concentrate on the medicine and diagnosis. Because of this exceptional support, the physician can see a lot of patients in a day (50+). The practice treats their staff well and have an excellent retention rate with their MAs - a handful of them have been there for over 10 years!

Employed opportunity with partnership potential after a couple of years. Year 1 is a base salary plus a percentage of collections after threshold is met.
