Job Description

- Base Compensation: $410,000 - $440,000
- 2 year guaranteed salary then moves to RVU and Quality incentive
- 95% adult / 5% peds
- Avg 28 patients / day in clinic
- Avg 2 surgeries per day
- 5 exam rooms and a surgical suite
- UVA/UVB Light Box
- New practice / solo provider
- 140 bed hospital / Level III Trauma
- Allscripts EMR
- 6 weeks PTO
- $3000 CME
