Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – Dermatology Location: Wenatchee, WA Preferred Dermatology Experience • Position in a high-quality, busy outpatient practice. • Compensation: Competitive annual salary ranging from $142,000–$165,000 based on experience, plus productivity incentive • Practice environment: Collaborative, team-based care with a group of seven physicians and one APP • Schedule: Full-time position with flexible 4- or 5-day work week • Call schedule: No call requirements • Clinical setting: High-volume dermatology practice with strong support and resources • Technology: Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system Compensation & Benefits: • Productivity incentive in addition to base salary • Signing bonus and relocation stipend of $5,000 (paid with first paycheck) • Matching 401(k), life insurance, and long-term disability coverage • Internal student loan repayment up to $24,000 • Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $5,000 every two years • Comprehensive healthcare benefits package • Recognized with the AMA Gold Award for efforts to improve provider satisfaction and reduce burnout • Structured mentoring program for professional development Ideal Candidate Profile: • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (dermatology experience preferred) • Eligible for or able to obtain an active Washington State license • Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate and thorough documentation Practice & Community Overview: • Integrated healthcare system serving a large rural region with multiple outpatient clinics and hospitals offering a wide range of specialties • Collaborative network of over 300 physicians and 170 advanced practice clinicians Lifestyle & Community Highlights: • Over 300 days of sunshine annually • Located near the Cascade Mountains and Columbia River with abundant outdoor recreation (hiking, skiing, rafting, fishing, and more) • Family-friendly community with strong arts, culture, and recreational opportunities • Excellent parks and recreation programs with year-round activities • High-quality public and private school systems, including STEM and early college opportunities • Affordable living with a median home price around $499,000, low utility costs, and no state income tax
