Job description
We are seeking a Locum Tenens Dermatology Physician in Rochester, New York.
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Start Date: 11/09/2026 or as soon as credentialed
End Date: On-going
Position Details: Flexible scheduling; primary location with potential coverage one day per week at another dermatology location approximately 28 minutes away. Minor surgeries may be performed if the provider has appropriate experience and interest.
Patient Population: Dermatology patients; approximately 25–35 patients per day
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Responsibilities: Provide dermatology care, evaluate and treat patients, maintain clinical documentation, and perform minor surgeries if experienced and desired
Required Procedures: Minor surgeries optional based on provider experience
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: Approximately 1 LPN, RN, or MA for every 12 patients
Days Per Month: Monday–Friday
On-Call/Weekends: No Call
Requirements:
- Board Certified Dermatology Physician Highly Preferred; Minimum 3 Years of Recent Experience
- New York License Preferred; Pending NY License May Be Considered
- BLS and AHA or RQI Certification Required; Recent Epic Experience Required
