General Dermatologist Opportunity Lancaster County, PA

Practice Overview Well-established physician-owned dermatology practice with four convenient office locations throughout Lancaster County. Offices are 15–20 minutes apart with fixed, non-rotating schedules.

Position Details Seeking two full-time General Dermatologists for medical and surgical dermatology.

• See 30–45 patients per day
• Supported by two dedicated clinical assistants (MAs/LPNs/RNs) per physician
• Assistants handle all scribing in NextTech EMR, rooming, and prescription submissions
• Preferred 4-day work week (Tuesday–Friday); Friday coverage especially needed
• Work across 2–3 locations per week
• No Mohs surgery required (covered by part-time Mohs surgeons)

Support Infrastructure

• Full in-house pathology laboratory with dedicated dermatopathologist
• Pathology team manages most patient follow-ups
• Strong mid-level provider support
• Separate cosmetic center offering optional cosmetic work (no scheduling conflicts)

Compensation & Partnership

• Base salary + 40% of collections model
• Realistic earning potential of $500K+ after year 1.
• Clear 2-year partnership track with equity buy-in through sweat equity
• Partnership includes share of substantial passive income from lab, cosmetic center, and other revenue streams
