Dermatologist Opportunity in Port Townsend, WA
Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a full-time Medical Dermatologist to join a growing, patient-focused dermatology practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment with autonomy, strong support, and a focus on high-quality patient care.
Position Highlights
Full-time, outpatient dermatology practice
Four-day work week: four 10-hour days (8 hours patient care, 2 hours protected administrative time)
Base salary $450,000–$750,000 DOE plus RVU and variable incentives
Sign-on bonus eligible

Single location with fully integrated Epic EMR system
Opportunity for Mohs surgery if applicable
Collaborative team: two Dermatologists and two Dermatology APPs
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care for a diverse patient population
Perform office-based procedures and dermatologic surgeries as indicated
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
Strong clinical skills with patient-focused approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Commitment to rural community practice
