- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 23-30 patients per shift. We are seeking providers who can commit to at least three weeks per month, with a preference for four days per week, though three days per week is also an option. Candidates must be comfortable managing a high patient volume with minimal support, as permanent providers are focused on their own patients. We are flexible with scheduling to accommodate interested candidates. Orientation will include one day of shadowing an MD, and additional EPIC support will be provided if needed. Providers will gradually ramp up to seeing four patients per day over a few weeks.

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Dermatology.
* Active Oregon state medical license required.
* Comfortable working independently with minimal support.
Working Hours
* Available at least three weeks per month; preference for four days per week, three days per week also acceptable.
