Schedule: 4 Days per Week | 8 Patient-Facing Hours per Day | Minimal Call

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Dermatologist to join a well-established outpatient dermatology practice in Colorado Springs, CO. This opportunity is open to both experienced physicians and new graduates who are passionate about delivering high-quality dermatologic care.

The physician will diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions while providing patient education on treatment options and preventive skin care. This role offers a collaborative clinical environment, modern dermatology practice setting, and a balanced four-day work week with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat various dermatologic conditions.

  • Perform comprehensive skin evaluations and develop treatment plans.

  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and preventive care.

  • Perform dermatologic procedures within general dermatology scope.

  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree.

  • Completion of an accredited Dermatology residency.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist.

  • Active or eligible medical license in Colorado.

  • Strong diagnostic, communication, and patient care skills.

Schedule & Work Environment:

  • 4-day work week with 8 patient-facing hours per day.

  • Outpatient dermatology practice setting.

  • Minimal call coverage (approximately 1-2 months per year, very low call volume).

  • Patient volume averages one patient every ~12.5 minutes once established.

  • Treats patients of all ages.
