• Estimated Weekly Salary: $8,750 - $9,370 per week
• Start Date: May 4, 2026
• End Date: November 7, 2026
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (no weekends or major holidays)
• Shifts per Week: 2–5 days (flexible)
• Shift Duration: 8 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Patient Volume: 30–32 patients per day (general dermatology & procedures)

Job Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology (board certified dermatologist preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant post-fellowship experience in dermatology
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts (MA license preferred)
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered, culturally competent care
• Willingness to disclose any prior malpractice suits for full transparency (does not disqualify candidates)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general medical dermatology care in an outpatient setting
• Deliver a broad range of dermatologic services, including medical, surgical (procedural), and cosmetic dermatology
• Perform office-based procedures consistent with your expertise (biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, injections, etc.)
• Customize clinical focus to areas of interest: medical, procedural, cosmetic, or complex dermatology
• Work closely with experienced nursing and medical assistant (MA) support to ensure efficient patient flow
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary network to provide high-quality, culturally competent patient care
• Contribute to the growth and excellence of the outpatient dermatology program
