Build on an established dermatology practice without having to start from scratch. Join an independent hospital organization that offers the resources and stability of an established health system while providing the autonomy and flexibility to shape your practice around your goals.
Practice/Organization Details:
• Step into an established patient base with immediate volume, with current appointment demand extending approximately six months in advance
• Flexible scope of practice centered on general dermatology, with the opportunity to incorporate MOHS procedures based on your interests and desired clinical mix
• Shape your ideal clinic schedule with the flexibility to see anywhere from 20 to 40+ patients per day based on your preferred pace and income goals
• Practice with established clinical infrastructure, including an on-site laboratory, dedicated technical staff, and 10 recently updated exam and procedure rooms
Compensation & Benefits:
• $700,000 guaranteed base compensation plus additional upside through productivity incentives
• Comprehensive benefits package featuring a $150,000 sign-on bonus and PSLF-eligible student loan repayment
