A well-established, physician-owned dermatology group is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Dermatologist to join its growing team across multiple Delaware locations.

Physicians may tailor their practice to medical dermatology, surgical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, or a combination based on preference.

Locations: Dover, DE | Middletown, DE
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (30 Clinical Hours) | Full-Time or Part-Time
Job Responsibilities
Perform medical dermatology evaluations and procedures
Conduct skin cancer screenings and manage melanoma cases
Perform biopsies, excisions, and other minor surgical procedures (if desired)
Provide cosmetic dermatology services (optional, based on preference)
Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients
Maintain accurate documentation using EMA EHR
Qualifications
Eligible for medical licensure in Delaware
Strong clinical judgment and patient-focused approach
Interest in building long-term patient relationships
Working Hours
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (30 Clinical Hours) | Full-Time or Part-Time
