THE OPPORTUNITY

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Year 1 guaranteed compensation of $750,000 (base + sign-on)
• 45% of collections with no cap on earnings - top producers exceed $950,000
• Four-day clinical week standard
• Comprehensive malpractice coverage (occurrence-based)
• Full benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match
• CME allowance and paid time off for conferences
• Partnership track available with equity participation
• Relocation assistance
• PA/NP supervision income potential up to $200,000 additional
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver exceptional patient care across the full spectrum of general dermatology
• Build and grow your own patient panel with robust referral support
• Supervise and mentor advanced practice providers
• Collaborate with fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons and dermatopathologists
• Practice in modern, fully-equipped clinical facilities
REQUIREMENTS
• MD or DO from accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
• Completion of ACGME-accredited dermatology residency
• Active Wisconsin medical license (or ability to obtain)
