COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $575K Year 1 guaranteed (base + sign-on)
• 50% of collections - ONLY location at this rate
• 350 sunny days annually
• Four-day clinical week

THE ROLE
• Comprehensive medical dermatology
• Skin cancer focus (high desert UV exposure)
• PA/NP supervision opportunities
• Modern clinical facilities

REQUIREMENTS
• MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible
• ACGME-accredited dermatology residency
• Arizona license or ability to obtain
