Job description THE OPPORTUNITY

Trade your snow boots for flip-flops—without trading away your earning potential. This is a rare opportunity to practice dermatology on Florida's Emerald Coast with one of the nation's most established and respected dermatology organizations, offering guaranteed first-year compensation of $600,000 combined with coastal Florida's legendary lifestyle.

Pensacola isn't just another beach town. It's a genuine community with historic architecture, award-winning restaurants, and sugar-white beaches consistently ranked among America's best. The cost of living runs 11% below national average—meaning your Florida salary goes further here than in Miami or Tampa—while Florida's zero state income tax keeps more money in your pocket.

This practice is actively seeking a physician ready to make Pensacola home. The patient panel is established, the referral network is strong, and the support staff is exceptional.

PERKS & BENEFITS
• Year 1 guaranteed compensation of $600,000 (base + sign-on)
• 45% of collections with uncapped earning potential
• Four-day clinical week with cosmetic opportunities
• Zero Florida state income tax
• Comprehensive malpractice coverage (occurrence-based)
• Full benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match
• CME allowance and conference support
• Relocation assistance available
• Partnership track with equity participation
• PA/NP supervision income available

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Practice the full scope of medical and cosmetic dermatology
• Serve an established, loyal patient base in a growing coastal market
• Supervise advanced practice providers for additional income
• Collaborate with a network of dermatology subspecialists
• Work in modern, well-equipped clinical facilities
• Enjoy true schedule flexibility and clinical autonomy

REQUIREMENTS
• MD or DO from accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
• Completion of ACGME-accredited dermatology residency
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Interest in cosmetic procedures a plus but not required

THE CULTURE

What does physician satisfaction actually look like? At this organization, it looks like turnover under 5%—in an industry where burnout and early retirement have become epidemic. It looks like accessible leadership, minimal bureaucracy, and compensation that genuinely rewards clinical effort.

This isn't corporate medicine wearing a white coat. It's a physician-led organization that remembers why most of us went into medicine: to take excellent care of patients while building sustainable, rewarding careers.
