This is a turnkey opportunity with a loyal patient base delivering productivity from day one. Rogers, Minnesota offers the perfect blend of small-town living with big-city access—just 25 miles from Minneapolis and all its amenities.
Practice alongside a fellow dermatologist and physician assistant in a collaborative environment. The current team is tight-knit and ready to welcome a new colleague who shares their patient-first philosophy.

• Year 1 guaranteed compensation of $625,000 (base + sign-on)
• Uncapped productivity bonus paid quarterly
• Flexible schedule: 3-5 days per week

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Practice the full scope of general, medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology
• Collaborate with an established physician and PA team
• Serve a loyal, established patient base
• Enjoy clinical autonomy with organizational support
• Opportunity to perform cosmetic procedures
REQUIREMENTS
• ABD Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist
• MD or DO from accredited institution
• Commitment to patient-first dermatology
