Job Overview

A well-established and growing dermatology practice is seeking an experienced and passionate Board-Certified Dermatologist to join its busy clinical team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across all areas of general dermatology, treating patients with a wide range of skin conditions-from acute to chronic, and benign to malignant.

This role is suited for a physician who demonstrates strong clinical judgment, effective diagnostic skills, and a patient-centered approach to care. The dermatologist will collaborate closely with clinical staff to enhance patient outcomes while emphasizing education and preventive care.

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Serve in a collaborative Supervising Physician role

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

• Work efficiently within an EMR system

• Adhere to all state laws and regulations

• Maintain strict HIPAA and OSHA compliance

• Ensure quality, safety, and confidentiality in patient care

• Demonstrate leadership, accountability, and teamwork

• Educate patients on preventive care and treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Board-Certified Physician in Dermatology

• Active State of Florida medical license

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to empathize and communicate effectively with patients

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills

• Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail

• Experience working with diverse patient populations preferred
