We are seeking an experienced and passionate Board-Certified Dermatologist to join a busy and growing dermatology practice serving the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. This role focuses on general dermatology, treating a wide range of skin conditions from acute to chronic, and benign to malignant.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who values high-quality patient care, patient education, and teamwork. Experience working with diverse patient populations across all ages, cultures, and ethnicities is highly valued.
Job Responsibilities
Serve in a collaborative Supervising Physician role as needed.
Diagnose and treat dermatologic diseases using appropriate clinical and diagnostic techniques.
Educate patients on preventive skin care and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using an EMR system.
Ensure compliance with all state regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, quality, and confidentiality.
Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Active Florida medical license.
MD or DO degree in Dermatology from an accredited institution.
Strong clinical judgment with attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
