General Dermatology Opportunity - Northern New Jersey
A physician-led outpatient group in Northern New Jersey is hiring a full-time general dermatologist. This is an ideal role for a board-certified or board-eligible MD or DO who values autonomy, efficiency, and collaboration. Chat with us today to learn more!
Practice Setting:
- Physician-led, multi-specialty outpatient group backed by a national partner
- General dermatology focus - no Mohs surgery offered
- Cosmetic dermatology available based on provider interest
- Supportive network with internal referrals and collaborative colleagues
Schedule:
- Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday with 4-day option available
- Minimal clinic call-3 weeks annually, rare emergent needs
- 10 half-day Saturdays per year
- Administrative time generally built into the weekly schedule
Compensation & Benefits:
- First-year income floor is $400K-$500K, with no cap on earnings
- Average earnings are $850K+ with RVU-based incentives
