- This is a permanent position
- Commutable from Chicago area
- Located 45 miles / 1 hour South of Chicago in Indiana
- Gen. derm only or mohs mix
- Flexible schedule, 3-5 days per week
- 2 PA’s work in practice
- Mohs caseload is 900 -1100 cases annually
