Compensation & Incentives:
One-year base salary guarantee, then transition to uncapped wRVU production model
Start bonus and relocation assistance (up to $10,000)
Residency stipend available for early commitment
CME allowance: $5,000 over a two-year cycle
Paid malpractice with tail coverage
